Lopez successfully tackled conventional barriers such as high product and network deployment costs by introducing consumer-focused solutions with disruptive price-performance attributes.

This unique business model, combined with innovative proprietary technologies, positioned Skybridge Wireless as an appealing alternative to traditional high-cost providers, fostering rapid market adoption of ubiquitous connectivity platforms. Prior to his tenure at Skybridge Wireless, Lopez held several C-level positions within the telecommunications sector. His consistent year-after-year success in achieving revenue, profit, and business growth objectives showcased his adaptability and strategic acumen in diverse environments such as start-ups, turnarounds, and rapid-change situations. Lopez’s entrepreneurial journey began earlier as the founder and CEO of Sling Broadband, the largest Wireless Internet Service Provider (WISP) in North America. Under his guidance, Sling Broadband expanded its operations to 26 markets and accumulated an impressive customer base of 2.2 million users. With his strategic vision and business acumen, Lopez propelled the company to the forefront of the WISP industry, delivering reliable and high-speed wireless connectivity to countless satisfied customers.

As an experienced executive, Addiel Lopez is renowned for his strong business development capabilities and a proven track record of success in the telecommunications sector. Lopez holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree focused on Business/Managerial Economics from Michigan State University. Pedram Nimreezi

Additionally, Nimreezi played a pivotal role in spearheading the development of robotic quadruped drone platforms, overseeing the artificial intelligence and cybernetics neural net AI aspects.

Collaborating closely with esteemed professionals such as Elan Barenholtz, Ph.D., an associate professor in FAU’s Department of Psychology, and William Hahn, Ph.D., a research scientist in FAU’s Charles E. Schmidt College of Science, he drove groundbreaking advancements in these domains. Nimreezi’s exceptional technological prowess and strategic acumen have been instrumental in achieving remarkable results and fueling innovation in the industry. Marcus Thompson

Notably, he has earned multiple certificates from the renowned MIT Sloan School of Management, with a particular emphasis on Blockchain technologies.

Before his role as the founder of Q-Fi, Thompson served as the co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of UNI Financial and Independent Power Group. This technology-based boutique oil & gas consulting platform, based in Saudi Arabia, achieved significant success before being sold and integrated into S.B.K. Financing, a prominent entity within SBK Holdings. Following this transaction, Thompson contributed his expertise as a strategic relationship advisor, aiding in the expansion of S.B.K’s client base to include notable Chinese State-Owned Enterprises such as SINOPEC, CNPC, CEEC, and CREG.

Prior to his tenure at UNI, Thompson held the position of Portfolio Manager at Emperor Capital Group Properties, a renowned $4 billion real estate asset manager headquartered in Hong Kong. During his time there, he spearheaded the initial strategy to establish a joint venture within key emerging market cities, forming a $500 million commercial real estate fund. Furthermore, Thompson played a pivotal role in co-directing the establishment of a specialized international pension fund and investment banking team across the Asia and MENA regions. His responsibilities encompassed overseeing real estate portfolio acquisitions, including conceptualization, marketing, design development, and financing of major facilities.

Currently, Mr. Thompson resides on a ranch in Palm Beach alongside his wife and two daughters. The Thompson family is deeply engaged in a meaningful project called First-Push, a non-profit organization that is dedicated to providing skateboards and lessons to at-risk youth in the South Florida area. This passion project showcases their commitment to empowering and positively impacting the lives of young individuals in the community.

Salvador Gala

Salvador Gala serves as a co-founder of Escape Velocity (EV3), an investment firm exclusively dedicated to decentralized infrastructure. At EV3, Gala, in partnership with Mahesh Ramakrishnan, successfully raised a substantial $25 million venture fund. This fund garnered support from foundational General Partners associated with esteemed entities such as a16z, Ribbit Capital, Thrive, Framework, Multicoin, Castle Island, SoftBank, and other preeminent investment firms.

Prior to the inception of EV3, Gala held key roles, notably as an investor at Ribbit Capital and as an investment banker at Goldman Sachs. This journey traces back to his origins as a Venezuelan immigrant and a fervent aficionado of Bitcoin.

Gala’s track record is punctuated by impactful investments within the realm of early- and growth-stage crypto and fintech ventures, a domain he significantly contributed to during his tenure with Ribbit Capital. His time at Goldman Sachs, marked by a dedicated focus on Fintech M&A activities, endowed him with profound insights into the intricate mechanics of the financial technology sector.

In addition, Gala contributed his expertise as an investor at the Carnegie Mellon Endowment, focusing primarily on venture capital. This chapter further fortified his specialization within the field. Gala’s academic foundation showcases a Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Mathematics from the esteemed University of Pittsburgh. This quantitative bedrock equips him with the capability to approach intricate problem-solving endeavors with meticulous precision and nimbleness.

Dr. Richard Marshall, Esq.

Dr. Marshall boasts over 35 years of extensive executive leadership experience, having served as a former Senior Executive Service (SES) member within the federal government. His tenure encompasses notable roles in distinguished institutions such as the Department of Defense, the National Security Agency (where he played a pivotal role in designing the nation’s inaugural cyber warfare exercise), the White House (where he spearheaded the Comprehensive National Cyber Security Initiative), the Department of Commerce (overseeing the Critical Infrastructure Assurance Office), and the Department of Homeland Security (fulfilling the role of Director of Global Cyber Security Management).

Following his retirement from the federal government’s SES, Dr. Marshall embarked on a trajectory of enriched executive involvement. He assumed responsibilities across various capacities including serving on boards of directors, acting as CEO for technology startups, leading as the Executive Director of a non-profit research center, and contributing his expertise as a Special Cyber Advisor to the government of Moldova.

With a distinguished track record in leadership, Dr. Marshall excels in crafting growth strategies, adeptly merging policy, culture, and training with intricate technological landscapes, nurturing interconnections, and consistently delivering enduring outcomes. His strategic acumen lies not only in the art of leadership, but in charting the precise direction thereof.

Dr. Marshall was distinguished as a founding member of the Strategic News Service (SNS) Innovation Ambassador Program. This initiative highlights exceptional individuals with unassailable expertise in their domains, fostering the cross-pollination of pioneering ideas. Innovation Ambassadors are selected for their penetrating insights, high-impact contributions, profound subject matter proficiency, and their adeptness in resolving intricate systemic challenges.

Currently, Dr. Marshall holds the prestigious positions of Founder and Chairman of the Board at CinturionGroup. This global enterprise specializes in international fiber optic cable communications systems and services, delivering solutions of superior reliability and capacity via cutting-edge fiber optic networks. The enterprise’s ongoing initiative involves establishing connectivity from Europe to India and Singapore, facilitated through strategic nodes in Israel, Jordan, and Saudi Arabia.

Dr. Marshall’s academic journey encompasses a B.A. in Political Science, History, and English from The Citadel, a J.D. from Creighton University School of Law, and an LL.M. in International and Comparative Law from Georgetown University School of Law. His scholarly pursuits extend to renowned institutions such as the National Security Law Institute at the University of Virginia School of Law, the Harvard University School of Law Summer Program, and the Georgetown University Government Affairs Institute’s program on Advanced Legislative Strategies.

Notably, Dr. Marshall represented the United States before Her Majesty’s High Court of Justice in London. He holds licenses to practice before the United States Court of Military Appeals and the Supreme Court of the United States of America.
